Prime Architects was hired by a private developer to design a commercial retail shopping plaza with a modern, contemporary look.

Specific design objectives also included the utilization of a portion of the existing foundation that remained from a building previously on the site that was lost to a tornado.

The exterior design included metal framing, EIFS, and metal roof. Parking lot and landscape improvements will also be incorporated.

The owner is excited to bring needed retail amenities to this growing area of southwest Oklahoma City!
