Prime Architect’s practice began with small commercial development projects in the local metro area and has grown to healthcare projects for the VA in the general geographical region and beyond.  Our most recent work has been focused on revitalization projects in various Oklahoma City historic neighborhoods.

We strive to identify and understand Client’s goals and objectives.  This helps us to understand the projects value and helps us manage project expectations to deliver the project on time and on budget.

Lavastida Development Group dba Prime Architects, provides comprehensive Facility Operations Services for government-owned buildings that currently range in size from 9,000 square feet to 275,000 square feet. We offer diversified quality management services for all aspects of building management, including complete mechanical maintenance, HVAC maintenance and repair, and comprehensive janitorial, security, and grounds services.

Prime Architects currently holds contracts to provides facilities support services to the following government agencies: General Services Administration (GSA): 816,000 GSF (gross square feet), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA): 79,000 GSF.

Project Feasibility 

Project feasibility services are pre-design services Prime Architects offers to our commercial clients. These services are intended for commercial property owners in the early stages of a redevelopment project and help determine the true potential of a property. We evaluate how owners can get the quality, design and function they are desiring while adhering to their budget. 

Prime Architects can help answer these questions: 

  • What floor plan would allow the maximum use of available space?
  • Do I need a building permit or can I get by without one?
  • Which local general contractors should I consider?
  • What will it cost?
  • How long will construction take?
  • What about zoning requirements and limitations?
  • Is my property located in a TIF (Tax Increment Finance) District?
  • Are there historical designations/regulations to consider?
