Prime Architects is excited to design to refurbish the Capitol Bank Building into a modern, vibrant space while keeping its original historical character.
As part of the transformation of Oklahoma City’s historic Capitol Hill neighborhood, this building, formerly home to Oklahoma National Bank, dates to 1925 with an unknown expansion date. Renovations and repairs to the roof and building exterior will be made.
Currently unoccupied, floor plans designed for flexible space use of this building include multi-tenant restaurant and/or retail and office space.
