Lavastida Development Group (LDG), dba Prime Architects is currently under contract at the Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Center in Ada, Oklahoma providing facility operation, maintenance, repair, and facility services, custodial/janitorial services, landscaping and grounds maintenance, and security guard services.

This facility houses the Ground Water and Ecosystem Restoration Division (GWERD) of the National Risk Management Research Laboratory (NRMRL) and our contract includes services for the operation, maintenance, and repair of systems and equipment (excluding analytical instruments) used by the various GWERD research programs.

Additionally, we also provide the necessary personnel, supervision, equipment and supplies to perform the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
