Replace Main Kitchen AHU

Prime Architects is designing and providing architectural and engineering services for construction drawings and specifications to replace the Air Handling Unit (AHU) in the Main Kitchen of the hospital.

The design documents will capture a plan to replace the existing AHU in its entirety including all associated components.

Challenges with the project include the construction phasing of work and the kitchen to remain operational during construction.

This will require temporary HVAC prior to and throughout the entire replacement. This contract provides for complete design (construction documents) and Construction Period Services (CPS).
