Prime Architects was hired by a private developer/franchisee who invested in a dated motel property to convert it to a modern Motel 6 property.  

Using Motel 6’s “New Prototype”, the 68 room, 20,300 SF property will be completely refurbished utilizing a contemporary exterior design. Parking lot and landscape improvements will also be incorporated.

This property has excellent visibility along I-240 in South Oklahoma City.
