Refurbish Mental Health Floor GLA-GLC

Prime Architects designed and provided architectural and engineering services for construction drawings and specifications to replace flooring finishes on the Mental Health Floor.

Project was renovation work in a specialized setting, which required attention to detail and tjlkuckhe controlling of the spaces due to patients actively occupying and using the facility during construction.

The project included demolition of existing flooring and surface preparation for installation of new flooring.

Challenges encountered with the project included maintaining a level of adequate security for the patients and staff.
