Prime Architects designed the Food Warehouse Building for the Federal Bureau of Prisons in El Reno, Oklahoma. This project involved the design and construction of a prefabricated metal building. This facility, measuring 50 feet by 50 feet, sits on a concrete slab with insulation beneath the cooler and freezers, supported by footings. The building includes a receiving dock, a 50′ x 50′ dry storage area, a 25′ x 50′ cooler, and two 25′ x 50′ freezers. All necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing utilities were integrated into this design.
