Prime Architects designed and developed a 16,200 square foot Retail Strip Center in Oklahoma City. First, we collaborated with the client to understand their vision and requirements. This project features a pre-engineered metal building system, combining brick, stone, and EIFS for a durable and attractive exterior.
To begin with, we focused on creating a versatile space that meets the needs of various retail businesses. The design includes multiple storefronts, each with ample space for displays and customer interactions. Moreover, we incorporated large windows to enhance natural lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
During the planning phase, we conducted thorough site visits and field investigations. This proactive approach allowed us to address any potential challenges early on. Additionally, we coordinated with local authorities to ensure compliance with all zoning and building regulations.
The construction process was carefully managed to minimize disruption to the surrounding area. We phased the construction activities to maintain a smooth workflow and meet the project timeline. Furthermore, we installed modern HVAC systems and energy-efficient lighting to reduce operational costs for future tenants.
In conclusion, the successful completion of this project highlights Prime Architects’ expertise in managing complex commercial developments. Our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget is evident in the final outcome. The new Retail Strip Center not only meets the functional needs of the businesses but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the area.
